I really suffered from this problem also I have another issue when I login it always says your account is restricted , hope I get any answers very quick

Hi @Mingyuk, there are a few reasons that you may be receiving this error, which include:
1. Your account may be on hold
2. You are trying to buy a full outfit with Promo Credits
3. You are attempting to buy a product from a disabled creator
4. You are attempting to buy a product that is hidden or set to Display Only by a creator
