I was randomly suspended 2 weeks ago and it took my age from 30 (true age) down to 14. The Imvu desktop settings are refusing to let me buy an age verification pass. I don't understand what happened, why I was suspended, and how to fix my account?

Hello, you would need to contact imvu with alt account https://support.imvu.com/support/home it takes 1-5 days response
