I know it has been seven days, but please! I don't want to end up waiting for A REPLY FROM AN AGENT FOR A YEAR to leave my call for help unanswered!! tickets/654557, if anyone can tell me if they experience the same login issue, let it be known with the ticket provided.

My account got restricted four times already and I've been sending in the documents as they need it and I made another account with same documents and they restricted it again and it's getting really ridiculous how they keep restricting people's account if they have the documents that's needed and I am paying money to play this app but not don't think it's fair for them to keep restricting if they see the document sent before they should automatically unrestrict the account because it's not fair I'm putting in my money to play this app to purchase things and still they restricted and when I apply for AP as needed they need it to confirm it and it should have been already say it's confirmed they should look at it when the documents of your ID in your bank credit card it was sent to them they should automatically unrestricted count instead of keeping it restricted for the long time this is not fair to people that pay money on the app and they always restrict people's account is getting very annoying

My accounts was put on hold due to billing issues and I've submitted a ticket with the information they needed and it's been 6 days since I did that and they changed my age to 17 cause I couldn't prove I was 18 at the time but, now I can and they aren't resolving my issue, Imvu customer service sucks. And the funny part is that they asked me to change my rating for the app too, since I did give it a one star due to lack of help.

Mein Konnto CIGDMx ist einige zeit wegen inaktivität gesperrt ich war krank ich konnte nicht spiel reingehen können sie mir bitte helfen (Freigeben ) damit ich wieder weiterhin mit meine freunde sprechen kann. Ich werde mich sehr freuen wenn sie mir helfen können.
