Please check the mobile app. We don't load when we enter a room. The room is very light and does not justify this. We do not see the other person or ourselves. Yes I have deleted it 10 times and reinstalled it, I have done the reboots on the mobile as prescribed. I know from mobile and apps, what is happening here is prototype. I don't know what else to say.
