Still nothing, I know it should be a billing issue since I had to close my account recently due to fraudulent charges, but then it got resolved and it’s open again with a new card, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

Try refreshing your website to clear the history. And log in again and see if it let you submit. If that doesn’t help try again make sure that it is showing that you’re log in

Yes I have, and filled out all of the necessary information and it doesn’t give me the prompt to be able to submit
