My account is on hold still even after sending a help ticket and verifying it through the two step authentication process on the mobile app.  I contacted Imvu through their official email because that account has over 20,000 credits I collected. I need help asap and their customer service has been very poor. I can’t even send another help ticket the submit button is greyed out.
