Yall genuinely suck and this is why you guys are losing customers. I've been playing IMVU since 2009 and there has been ZERO to little minor updates to the community other than adding a freaking app (that completely sucks as well). Everyone is moving to second life because we get more bang for our buck. What are we genuinely paying for???? No updates! A harder, less efficient LIVE CHAT. We are limited on sending credits for what reason??? We pay our hard earned money to buy credits and/or create and we are limited for what? And then yall have the audacity to sit and tell us yall can't tell us a reason why. That is the dumbest reasoning I've ever heard. I work for a bank and how DARE we ever sit and tell the customer that "oh we cant tell you the reason why". It's simply because yall don't freaking know. Admit it. The rules are dumb. The overcharging for VIP++ is dumb. The taking from your creators is dumb. The limits are dumb. The lack of updates since 2009 is extremely dumb. It's 2024. Do better or you're going to continue to lose customers.
