My account has been placed on hold for verification, yet it won't allow my to submit a case ticket to verify i own the account. I fill out the ticket but the submit button never highlights as an option to start a ticket regardless if i do it mobile or on computer. I can still send and receive messages, but can do anything else? Any other options?
