Hi. I asked customer service how I can do this, and they didn't know, and suggested I submit a help topic about it... I saw another person submit one too but they got no replies... So what's up with that?

Most outfit items won on the spinning game are either outdated relics or they are created by astroturfed influencers whom have accumulated a high social rating score with the IMVU Staff despite their poorly made products. Maybe 1 in 20 items won is worth keeping in inventory.
Just ask a few dozen average users of IMVU how they feel about the outfit items they have won on the spinning game.
It might be worth considering having users occasionally vote on which items are worthy of being a prize on the spinning game.
Maybe it might be a good idea to also have furniture prizes on the spinning game.
