I have both my 3d client and imvu next on invisible and do not disturb and the imvu site is also set on invisible , but still people can see me on their messages inbox if they log in from their mobile app although I am on invisible mode , how is that possible ? if they are loged in from 3d client they can't see me

We are aware of this issue. Kindly be informed that the status in the 3d chat client (DND) does not sync with the IMVU mobile App (vise versa), enabling other users to still see you as online even when you are on DND as the said platforms does not sync to each other
