why wont it let me buy songs, i have the credits (no they arent promo credits) i have everything else but it wont let me buy it it just keeps saying "error"

I'm a loyal IMVU customer and have been a fan of the music shop since the beginning. For 14 years, I've spent thousands, even millions, of credits on your music. You can't just take away everything we bought with our own money. This music wasn't given away for free; we had to top up with our credit cards to buy it, or give us our mixes to use them, or refund us. You can't just remove everything without compensating us for the refund or reactivation of our music... The radio doesn't replace the music we selected one by one. Each song was full of memories created here—birthdays, weddings, parties. You've taken a part of us away... Give us back our music or refund us in full.

You have no right to take away all our music shops that we bought through free radio stations without even compensating us for the millions of credits used to buy them... I had to work for my money and top up my account to have music for 14 years here on IMVU. I'm a Gold VIP with an AP and I have 50 rooms here, so I'm a loyal and regular member here on IMVU. Reimburse me or give me back the music I bought and don't replace it with free radio stations accessible to everyone.
