One of my friends is trying to use IMVU Classic and has been getting this error when she logs in: the imvu service could not be reached. Please check your internet connection and try again. <urlopen.error [ssl:certificate_Verify_Failed] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c661)>
This is happening with both windows and mac versions, She has tried rebooting her machines, reinstalling imvu and even updating the OS's python install. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
