Room owners should have the option to set a time limit of how long a person can go idle in a chat room. For example if room owners set the time to like 30mins they automatically get kicked out. It feels like 90% of chatrooms, most people are just in rooms to park for hours without typing a single word, they just want to stay in there. That's like taking up space for people that wants to enter and have conversations but rooms are full with "dead" people and don't care to say anything or only talk to their friends.

Yeah i feel like the chatrooms in general are parking lots and some people who never interact in the chat should be indeed kicked out for certain time limit. I'm mostly in my own chatrooms which is why i never sit in rooms to park. Because that's just basically in my opinion very rude and people are more likely to leave a chatroom and go to VRChat or Second Life. Aside that there isn't always active too but in IMVU the problem is that people do not even care to participate in chats. now it's all like i sit in a room to look pretty and to feel socially accepted by everyone. Getting to know people is not going to park in a room and than expect people to talk while they are afk 24/7 people are hypocrites and expect the other when it's theirs to blame. When people don't speak. If you're not willing to go chat in room park in your own room and leave so that others can join who are willing to talk to other people it's called a chatroom for a reason. Not an idle chatroom. But i guess alot of people don't seem to understand that.
