Fix Our Sign-In Process & Free Spin Issues??

Whenever I Sign-In To Do The Free Spin... 

I Constantly Have To Click The Sign-In To 
Put In My Information, & Then An Intro Screen 
Completely Refreshes The Page Making Me 
Input My Information In... 

The First Thing I Wanna See When I Sign-In 
Is The Sign-In Screen, & The 2nd Screen, 
Is The Page Where I Can Interact With Everything... 

The Intro Screen That Refreshes The Page, 
Is Nice, But It's Distracting, & It's Screwing Up 
My Browser Window, & Computer Screen 
Everytime It Interacts With The Website... 

Either Come Up With A Better Intro Screen, 
Maybe A Static One, A Single Image That 
Brings Us Straight To The Sign-In & No Page 
Refresh, & Make It Simple, Or Can We Just 
Eliminate The Intro Screen All Together?? 

It's The Intro Screen With That Animation 
That Takes Place Right When You Try To 
Sign-In On The IMVU / Next Portion Of 
The Website...

Lastly, The Free Spin, I Got My Name Paid For 
To Eliminate The Advertising Out Of My Client, 
& HomePage, & The Website... 

Now It Seems Like IMVU Staff Are Bringing 
Back The Advertising, Only Instead Of The 
3rd Party Ones, It's Now Their Advertising 
Instead... 

Plz, Explain Where Buying Our Names 
Said That We Eliminate 3rd Party Adds Only, 
From My Perspective I Thought It Eliminated 
All Advertising In General... 

Just To Show One Problem With The Advertising, 
Whenever I Want To Do The Free Spin, There Is 
An Advertisment At The Top Of The Page, & The 
Free Spin Is Below This Advertising... Why Is That 
A Problem?? Because There Is No Way To Scroll 
Down The Page To Get The Free Spin Button That 
I Need To Use To Activate The Free Spin... 

This Overall Button Is Below The Page, 
& If It Wasn't For My Mouse Wheel I Would 
Not Be Able To Use The Free Spin At All... 

However, There Is An IMVU Client Where 
I Can Use The Free Spin, But THe Mouse Wheel 
That Is Required To Scroll Down The Page 
Does Not Work, Like It Did On The Website... 

& This Brings Me Back To The Original Problem, 
I Paid To Have Advertising Removed, & I Feel Entirely Lied To, 
& The Overall Flooding Of Advertising Is Becoming Everywhere Now... 

Why Did I Get Rid Of Advertising & Pay For My Name In The First Place?? 

Because I Felt That Viruses Were Linked To 
The Advertising, & When They Went Away, 
I Stopped Having Problems With My Computers... 

& If I Hadn't Gotten Rid Of The Advertising, 
& Paid For My Name When I Did, I Would 
Of Left IMVU A Long Time Ago... 

This Is Why I Got Rid Of Them From The Start... 
Not Because They Were Adds... 

But Now There Is A New Problem With Advertising, 
& This Problem Isn't That They Are Adds, 
This Problem Is With My Screen Space Being 
Over Taken By These Adds... 

In The Old Days, When You Saw A Virus Continually 
Make Advertising Windows Pop Up All Over Your Screen... 

& You Having Trouble Trying To Get Rid Of Them, 
We'll That Is Exactly How It Feels Dealing With The 
New Advertising Showing Up On The IMVU Website 
As Of Right Now... 

Advertising Of Any Kind Is Not My Issue Or Problem, 
It's When It Completely Ruins My Experiece That It 
Becomes A Problem, Or That It Completely Disrupts 
The Experience, & Becomes A Roadblock That Prevents 
You From Your Environment That It Becomes A Problem... 

& It's Because Of That... 

Which I Would Like To See Something Done To Change & Fix This...
