I made two tickets outside of this account relating to two lost accounts of mine. I responded to the tickets via email and was told the ticket closed despite responding via email. I have no way of tracking the tickets via the community center as they aren't attached to any accounts. If we are to have tickets attached to an account why allow us to make tickets outside of imvu accounts? The current account I am on, is the only active account I currently have. I'm trying to recover the both of them.

If you fill up without account log in . They will email you and you email them back with same email

Hello, you can reply to old close ticket . And talk to imvu again .
