You know I dont come here very much for a good reason. But this I think I need to say. One they say come here and try to get answers but we have to be check out before they will enter it. I find that strange. Yet, the reason I am here. I did nothing and I go to log into my account. It says your account is on hold. They said someone bought something on my account. Yet, I've not bought anything on my account since 2015. I have paid for my vip but nothing else. They tell me to hurry up and get in touch with them given all this personal information to them. Yet. here I sit waiting over two days for them to answer me. On top if it I am not making any money for my account if on hold. For something I have never done. I got into chat and all they said over and over again give me all your info. As I did. Again they said the same thing ove and over again like it was a bot? Do we truly get to be human here and get answers or is this Russia and you can only do what we are told?
