Hello, i have not been able to access my account for 11 days because the password of my account has been changed. I sent a message to the support about this. They got back to me 5 days later and asked for some information. I provided the information i could provide as much as i could and sent it as a response. This was 6 days ago but i still have not received a response and my problem continues. Is there no support here?

I asked them what you said by responding to my ticket, but to be honest, i started to not think that i would get a positive result because it has been almost a month and my account has still not been given back to me. If my problem is not solved in this way, as i said, i have lost hope that it will be solved. Don't i have a chance to speak to a higher staff? If i had an account for a few months, i wouldn't even care, but my account, which is almost 6 years old, is the reason why i am still here because i have a routine and you will appreciate that i don't want to continue playing imvu with another account.

Try asked them if you can identify your ID to verify your real age . And tell them you no longer have access to old email ask them if you can give them a new email .

They asked for the date of birth and email i used in my account. When i created my account i made the date of birth randomly. The age of my account is hidden, I know the year, but i made a guess about the day and month, but i just realized that it was not correct. Also, my imvu Instagram address is written in the profile of my account, i still have my Instagram account, it is not a new account, I have been using it for years. I also told them that i could give them extra information to prove that i am the owner of the account, but they say they need answers to these 2 questions, I am aware that these 2 questions are important, I have been thinking about them for days but unfortunately i still cannot remember clearly and i wonder why i am answering the other questions if my account will not be given to me unless i can answer these questions. I think i have proven that i am the owner of my account, but i think i cannot get my account back. I am sorry i know i tired you too, but i am just trying to get my account back. Is there a way to do this? Will my almost 6 year old account be lost just because i don't remember this 2 questions?

They responded and said that they definitely need the email i use in my account, but since i connected it for a long time and i did not receive imvu notifications to my email so i don't know which email i linked to my account. I told them an email address i use frequently. If i don't remember correctly, I think i will have to give it up.
