I have lost A LOT of music. Most of my music has been on my account for years, now they don't play Hit Co is one I can think of. Is there any plan to refund for lost music?
Second issue is the loss of music and having to re-enter the room to hear it.

The music is loading and playing now, the issue is that we can't buy it at the store or make new mixes, or re-arrange our old mixes.

@FocusMajorNarkotiqz .........I have been getting that same excuse and response for years now....They will eventually hope you just go away and they will close your case and it never gets fixed....They have lost their music provider anyways...Thats why the music store is gone...Its not even a technical issue..They have no music provider anymore...I cant even get to my music or my mixes anymore because their music provider terminated their relationship with IMVU...Read about it on the internet...

This is devastating news and this was never told to any of us and we should have been informed since we are all paying members of this website..Why has this been hidden and kept in the dark from us?I have over 600 mixes and tons of songs and now after finding this and reading this I am panicking...I now have a feeling there is no more IMVU music store and that it will not be coming back...Can someone from IMVU let us know something about this because we have alot of money and time invested in our music from the store and did NOT and do NOT want it changed.We dont want any format changes either..I have now been hearing rumours lately that soon it will be only radios used in rooms or triggers to have music on IMVU and soon no more mixes or store...This would be unacceptable and cause most of us to leave the website for good..and what happens to all the money we spent on songs and mixes that we would lose that we have had for years??? Somebody needs to give us some answers and clear all of this up..and give us the truth about what is going on....

I haven't seen all my music on imvu.com within 3 weeks now... even music playlist is stating:
Music service is currently unavailable, please try again later."... I have ask the agent about this and they put in a ticket and tells me the reason is they are trying to make things better on the website. In my mind I am like are yall taking alot of music away or what?? because it plays on the imvu software but cant even make a playlist in order because the music is so-call down... seems like this gonna be a forever issue. I see why people is going to secondlife..

I have been reporting both all of these music issues for years now..so many times I have lost count and IMVU has done NOTHING to ever fix any of them..The music dropping and muting in rooms after you have been in them a while and then the only way to get the music back is you have to then leave the room and come back and start your mix all over again from the very beginning, i have been reporting that and submitting case after case for years now and so have all my friends and they wont fix it.They will just send you a copy and pasted reply saying 'WE ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND OUR "SPECIALISTS" ARE WORKING ON IT" and then they will tell you to have patience and understanding and thats the end.They then hope you just never respond back again and go away.This has been going on for the past 5 years and its never been fixed and they are still telling me to have patience after 5 years now.Its a complete joke and this is why everyone is leaving for good.I would rather they just admit it and tell us they dont have a clue how to fix it and its not going to get fixed rather than just string us along acting like they are doing something.It doesnt take over 5 years for a pay website to fix a music issue.Thats unheard of.I too have lost alot of songs that disappeared off my list as well and they never have any answers....and now the newest thing is the music sampling doesnt work in the music store.You can no longer sample music before you buy it or hear the songs.I reported that 2 months ago and its still not been fixed as usual.Then they wonder why they are losing all of their customers..How much are we supposed to take before we just finally give up????

None of the music is loading to listen to it in the music store. Also, bought new music and it wont even play in room. The mixes drop out and you have to reload the room to get it fixed. This is so frustrating.
