I made two new tickets bc my account is still on hold and I haven't heard from no one yet

Don’t close your old ticket . Use your old ticket and wait for imvu to response back to you . Please send me both of your ticket number

I've waited almost 2 weeks and nothing so I closed the ticket and made a new one tbh still patiently waiting for response. Had some response on my first but I didn't hear back for a week after responding to it. My oldest is still open haven't heard anything

Hello . Use only 1 old ticket . Ticket take 1-5 days response . If you response to them without receiving it’ll push down your ticket and make the ticket be slow response . Just be patient.!
