imvu support ignoring my ticket for a month

i discovered my account was hacked on new years, i submitted a ticket on january 4th and support still hasn't gotten back to me about it at all. all the information on my account was provided. is this just IMVU support and what i should be expecting?

It is the same #430509. I have been waiting and no response. They asked me for details and I had provided it the day after so I’m not sure why it’s taking a week.

I have contacted IMVU and they have not responded in a week. They say the wait time is 24-72 hours and yet it’s been 7 days no response.

I have been wanting to restore my account after I had deleted it due to a few issues but had sorted it out. I’m not sure why they’re taking a week at a time to respond.

Could you also please check mine too? I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks myself ticket number is #430509, I’ve updated on what was asked for and yet, 7 days again, no response.
