someone gifted me VIP they were trying to be nice and gift vip but imvu staff still put a hold on my account i cant get the info they are asking for because i dont know who the person is they arent going to give me there personal info to get my account off hold is there something i can do or am i crap out of luck

Hello, @Cpxi tell imvu that the gift vip was from user that they gifted you . If you do not know their username and CID you can tell them you don’t know their name . You can ask them if you can verified your identify that your account is powered by you .
