My IMVU account was on hold, so I created a ticket for it. I was asked to provide some information and a photo to verify my identity. I sent everything to them through the same ticket. I provided most of the information correctly, but this time, they asked for another photo and fewer details. I sent those as well.


When I first created my ticket, they responded within the same day, but now I’ve been waiting for a response for ELEVEN DAYS. My account was already suspended for a completely ridiculous reason, and I was asked to submit a ticket as soon as possible.


But what about customer support? Why are they making me wait for 11 days instead of responding as soon as possible? I don’t think they are so busy that they have to make me wait this long—this is nothing but nonsense.
