Acct has been wrongfully banned

My acct is gennybepoppin and I was put on hold (yes they sent me an email) saying that “payment fraud” its unjust because I payed with gift cards to get credits so it makes no sense, now I wasted my money and don’t know how to get my original acct back. I submitted a ticket and still no reply. Does anyone have any advice for this issue?

same thing is happening to me… i’m 16… how could i commit payment fraud.. my older sibling bought me the credits.. $400 worth because they missed so many of my birthdays and christmas since they are in the army.


it’s been 3 days and i still have no replies

Hi @Guest Gennybepoppin , users can edit their case to request an agent reply. 

It can take 1 to 5 full days for non-VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for Customer Support

to respond.
