Bad Imvu service

I submitted my case in January now it’s March 05. Someone decided to reach out to them so they can respond to me, after two days they did but I had to submit other information, I answered almost the same time they sent the email and now it’s been 9 days… they made me wait up to 17 days before too. And they even stated that I should refrain from replying too much or it will extend the time, I did not reply so what’s the excuse now?
