I bought a starter pack and there was an issue with my bank causing the payment to bounce back. I had gotten the pack anyways, but because of that I've now been banned for payment fraud even though it wasn't my doing. Talking to support is like trying to reason with a brick wall and they just keep telling me that they won't be reversing the ban. I had made several purchases after the one that refunded, all of which went through, but they don't care. Is there really nothing I can do?
