i can not use my account fully and not buy credit and i can not buy anything either. i see that it is an email that i have to pay 4.99 i do not know where i have to pay and how they said that it has to be paid with pay pal but with paypal i can not i can pay with ideal if they send me a link that i have to pay then i do this immediately. or a bank account where i have to transfer this. thanks if you can help me i will be very happy.

No puedo acceder a mi cuenta aparece otro nombre @Mindy CASERES y la mía era @SiaAlexandra De Leon esta desde 2021espero me de respuesta
