Yesterday I recharged yesterday 10,000 credits and the money was deducted from me but never received the credits as I have received an email from IMVU saying the amount was left on hold however it was deducted from my bank account. I need a solution ASAP. On top of that they are telling me to wait 5 days. That's a lot. I would like to have a refund or get the credits I bought. I have never faced such difficulty with the game, however I have heard so many complaints now regarding this issue. Please fix it and get me my credits or my refund back.

Hi @ Kylerxz , if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in

the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

If users purchase through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
