why is music store broken cannot access it to add purchased n gifted new music and cannot make music mixes This has been over a week n still not fixed i have 20 songs bought n can't use Will someone fix this problem.

Definitely theft of the music paid for by gifting I want it refunded have over 30 didn't receive and also no radios are working which we paid for wth this is more theft and they wont fix are respond to the situation

Please tell the IMVU community what IMVU plans on doing about the purchases we have made? We paid to play our mixes and now we can't even access them to edit our mixes or make a new mix with the music we had prior to the partnership with the music provider dissolved. The lack of transparency and neglecting to notify the IMVU community about this, is not acceptable. Before your auto response is tagged to this comment, link us to a resolution.

IMVU has lost their Music Provider...
This is a report I found on the internet....
As of June 25, 2024, the IMVU Music Store's partner, VerveLife, is no longer active, meaning existing releases will be removed, and no new releases will go live. IMVU's music store partner, VerveLife, ceased operations on June 25, 2024.

VerveLife is no longer an active store partner for IMVU, meaning existing releases will be removed and no new releases will go live.
