Account on hold, cannot access the ticket manageing, been 4 days since Ive submitted a ticket, and I cant reset my password becauce im "not authorized"

5 days ago, my account was put on hold for god knows why. I submitted a ticket right away, but got absolutely no response. I try viewing my ticket, but apparently my password is bad, so I go to reset it and I get told I'm "not authorized to access this portal, please contact your helpdesk administrator"

Hello, ticket does take 5-7 days response .
