I bought my name with one of the tokens that used to be available for purchase to outright buy the name and not have Guest at the front. It's been some time since I've logged on and now my name has _old at the end of it. Is there a ticket I can submit to remove this or how can I fix it?

I bought the name with a name change and name purchasing token in 2012. Someone else was allowed to purchase a name I already paid for 13 years ago?

Hi @Glo. It can take up to 24 hours. Users must own their name before they can change it. We can purchase our name directly in the store or purchase a Marriage Package that includes a Name Change. Token for you and your spouse. These articles explain how to change our name: http://im.vu/help423,
