How do you create a room from scratch using blender or gimp. I will like to create a new room and add it through the studio. It looks difficult and the tutorial from IMVU videos on YouTube are long and boring. Any suggestions on YouTube videos from the creators on VU that has videos and that can go step by step. Not the speed up kinda please and thank you. I want to add lights and know how to make the room dark or with light.

Hi @DopeFiendFashion, The best place to get important info on the basic elements of room creation for IMVU is in these two tutorials:
There is also a very helpful Toolkit to make setting up the skeleton and creating the various nodes needed for avatar and furniture placement in IMVU. The IMVU Studio Toolkit for Blender can be downloaded
here and there is instruction on using the toolkit here.
If you are looking for tutorials on using Blender there are a number of those. A quick search from the Blender Support page gave me this YouTube page. IMVU does not typically supply tutorials on using applications like Blender because there are so many great resources out there.
