My account was placed on hold and im not getting a response?

My account was placed on hold and I submitted a ticket on the 25th of March but I didnt get a response after 5 days even though in the message it said I'd hear from them between 24-72 hours so I closed that one and made another ticket on the 30th but im still not getting a response? Does anyone know when they respond to tickets ?
