waiting for agent to respond to hold

hi ! im very very new to imvu, it was always something i saw ads for when i was younger but i never made an account until i became an adult. i made it around 2021-2022, and since then i havent been active on it due to you know life and stuff.


i wanted to come back to it so that i could really make avatars, maybe a few rooms but my account was put on hold due to inactivity. so i filed a ticket about two days ago, and ive gotten no response still. so ive been searching around and apparently the people that currently run imvu say they fix problems but within some cases they dont do anything. the hold makes it to where you can play the game, but cant make any sort of purchases or certian things to your account


1. i just wanna know if there was anyone that filed a ticket, within what timeframe did the agent respond to the issue for you (can be about account holds, billing issues, etc)


2. would i just be better off making a second account... i havent used this one and my card info isnt on there. its basically a fresh acount that i wanted to build up. im thinking about just deactivating this one and starting a new one but im afriad of more problems coming from that


i also find it weird that for support to come faster you have to buy vip or have vip... whats the point if you cant purchase anything because of the hold..?
