i got a 24 h temporary ban yesterday at 10:55 am, however it’s now 3:15 pm the next day and the ban hasn’t lifted yet

I filled a ticket but no one has reached out to me yet

i don’t wanna lose my account pls help me

Hi! Yes I thought that was going to be the case but it’s now 11:28 pm and my account is STILL disabled

I really don’t want to lose my account and I don’t understand why this is happening, it was supposed to be a 24h ban and nothing else

Hi @Guest_cambackup , if your account has been disabled for a certain number of days, your account should be re-enabled on the date and time when your account was initially disabled. For example, if you

were banned for 24 hours on June 1st at 5 am, you should be able to log back into your account

on June 2, at 5:01 am.
