Been a member since 2010.... Took a break starting back in 2020 and came back about month ago to find that my account was placed on hold due to me not logging in.. Can somebody tell me something? Did IMVU change ever since? I also enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect my account... Filed a ticket on Tue, 25 Mar, 2025 and waited a long time and they finally responded. I submitted and never heard back from them over a week. I can't login and use the service... How long? Been a while... "Waiting on Agent" for a long time. Is this a new system or something?
