I don't know how to previously delete my forum post, but I have a slight problem. In order for IMVU to lift the hold on my account due to me not being on for 5 years, they need my original email address from 2010. I have no access that email and it's no longer in service nor do I remember the letters of it. I only remember the email I put on it in 2013. Moderators? The last credit card activity I made was about 5 years ago. I have my orders written down that I made 5 years ago before I took my break on this account. I have every other information they asked for but my original email address. Is there a way IMVU can work around with me with me since I put in a lot of money in the account?
