I submitted a ticket for my account (Aorti) because it was stolen and I can't see it in tickets page. I  would like to know how long it'll take to be reviewed due to temporary hold inactivity, it's been a few days so far and I'd like to know if I wrote enough to validate my account. I got my ticket number via email btw. Appreciate it.
