I brought 5000 credits twice and o haven’t received my credits! What do I do?

Hi @Lv859422 ,please allow 24 hrs to receive your items. If users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile, they will need to check their purchases in

the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
