False Flagging and IMVU support is a JOKE.

I've been a member of IMVU for over 14 years.  Since then I've never been disabled or banned or anything involving disruption of my account.  UNTIL last week.  Some one is false flagging my feed.  I've reported this to IMVU support telling them that the pics that are posted there are GA.  They assure me that the pictures are being reviewed and to that I say BS.  My most recent flagging, got me a 3 day ban for the site.  The "support" person said it was because the pictures I posted that morning violated community guidelines.  I told him they were taken in a GA room and posted to feed directly from camera.  AP pics, will not post directly to feed.  You get a notice that things are AP.   He tried to tell me that while the room was GA, the items I had on were AP. AGAIN...... AP pics will not post to feed, no matter what room you are in!  He was clueless about this I guess because he kept repeating that.  He would not let me escalate the call, told me it would do no good, and so I filed a ticket.  In the ticket, I included the links to the items I was wearing that morning. and the link to the chatroom.    OFC, no one is answering the ticket.  I now know why some many good people have left imvu.   I've spent thousands of dollars on this app over those 14 years and imvu cares nothing about that.   Imvu has went from a place I used to love to visit to a place that is being over run by kids and people who have no life and report because they're too coward to come to you.     so sad that the IMVU of old is only a memory.

This is how VU is now, and the only way to stop them treating their core customers like petty criminals is to stop being customers. If most of their core users stopped VIP, AP+ and buying credits for six months, even, IMFU would take notice. For a service provider, it's appalling how little actual 'service' they're providing.

I was told the the image that was flagged was the ones that I had added to feed that morning.  EVERY PICTURE that I took that morning was on my feed .. EVERY ONE OF THEM.   I was reported a ridiculous amount of  times... RIDICULOUS!!  and apparently according to this message that I was sent on one of my tickets it was my fault that I bought an item labeled and passed as GA and when flagged they felt it was AP.

"I checked our records and the product you provided is not the one used on the flagged photo. We are unable to disclose the avatar's clothes and room used on the reported photo due to security concerns, however while it's true that you cannot post pictures taken an AP room be reminded that there are multiple misrated items sold on our catalog. I suggest that you review our policies and avoid buying or using these items as they are against our policy."

so It is my responsibility to know if something is mis-rated and I shouldn't buy it from shop?.  Laying the blame on me that the item someone reported that I THOUGHT was GA, was mislabeled by IMVU Peer review and sold as such.  But when reported, it was flagged as an AP.  THAT's NOT MY FAULT!!

Also, every picture I took that morning was in a GA fit and in a GA room.  If they could tell me which picture it was, then I could prove it  to them.  But they can't tell me which picture due to security reasons?  It's my account... I answered all the questions to prove it.. how much more security clearance do I need than that??  I have every right to know which picture, pictures were reported.  It was basically a witch hunt and harrassment and imvu allowed it to happen.  Very sad, because as I stated..In all my 14 years, I had zero issues with my account, nothing against it, then last week, i went from disabled to banned.  Something isn't right.

As soon as IMFU contracted out their support, this was inevitable. They're taking the things about insurance companies and phone companies that customers hate the most and are using them all, at the same time.

A 24 hour ban is particularly insulting when any "appeal" of the infraction that caused it takes 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to respond.

And even then, prepare for a copypasta answer that basically is IMFU's friendly way of telling you to go **** yourself.

Stopping VIP, AP+ and credit sales, by us all, for a few months is the only thing that will get their attention.

We'll see if this reply lasts, IMFU doesn't like it when they get called out on things.
