Can't see a specific product after the classic 549.0 update

So yesterday my IMVU client made my pc freeze then after I logged back in I wasn't loading properly. I had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times for it to work properly. Then today when I tried to use my cone light I can't even see it. Others who don't have the 549.0 update can see my product but I can't. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the issue still happening. I don't know what is wrong with it.

You can also check if IMVU is experiencing any outages or if there are reported issues on Downdetector. If neither of these fixes work, you may need to consider contacting IMVU support for further assistance. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown of potential solutions:

1. Run in Compatibility Mode:

IMVU, like many older applications, might not be fully compatible with newer operating systems. Running it in compatibility mode can help bridge the gap.

To do this:

Right-click on the IMVU executable file and select "Properties".

Go to the "Compatibility" tab.

Check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for".

Select a previous version of Windows (like Windows 8/8.1) from the dropdown menu.

Click "Apply" and try running IMVU again. 

2. Check for Outages or Reported Issues:

Sometimes, IMVU itself may be experiencing temporary outages or technical issues.

Visit Downdetector to see if there are any reported outages or if others are experiencing similar problems.

If you find reports of outages, you'll likely need to wait for IMVU to resolve the issue before trying again.
