I am NOT getting any help via the "chat with us" help button.
How can I speak to a person about payments for VIP, AP+ etc?

Yes it's past the 7 days I did the ticket on the 9

you did let imvu know in ticket that you paid it ?
My account still on hold right after I pay for it I made a paper to get my account on hold why it's taking so long about to ask for my money back

Hello, @SMZDreamZ did you try clear cache. And then push to get help . Live chat open 6am-6pm pst
