Hello, why do I have two salons that are not validated when I created them before other products which were validated? The two salons are created in accordance with the standards and there is no problem. Please help me understand because I have been waiting for their validation for half a week.

Hi @Desirer1  in IMVU, the Peer Review process is a quality control step where users over 18 who have been members for at least 3 months review product submissions to ensure they comply with IMVU's guidelines. After a product is submitted, it's assigned to a random reviewer, who evaluates it against the Virtual Goods Policy and other criteria. If the product passes, it's published in the catalog; if it fails, the submitter is notified. 

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

1. Submitting a Product: 

When a user publishes a product in IMVU Studio, it's immediately sent to Peer Review.

The product page will change to orange, indicating it's in the review process.

2. Review Process: 

A reviewer is randomly assigned to the product.

The reviewer evaluates the product and its product details.

Key aspects include:

Does the selected rating match the product's content?

Does the product and product page adhere to the Virtual Goods Policy?

The reviewer uses checkboxes to indicate whether the product passes or fails.

3. Outcomes: 

If the product passes, it's published in the catalog.

If the product fails, the submitter is notified so they can address any concerns.

4. Virtual Goods Policy: 

Reviewers should be familiar with the Virtual Goods Policy, which outlines the guidelines for acceptable products.

5. Feedback and Rewards:
