This game is so difficult at times. I have different computers and on one the game text box is easy to read. however, on another computer it is extremely hard and even though the resolutions on both computers are the same. one has to be set at 175 to be seen even slightly bigger.
my slower computer lags constantly but i can read. the faster one i cant read the chats but the computer does not lag as badly.. anyone have a fix for this?

Hi @SaraOhare, I get how frustrating that can be — especially when you’re just trying to enjoy the game and tech gets in the way.
It sounds like it might be a display scaling issue rather than just resolution. Even if both computers have the same resolution, the display scaling (like 100%, 125%, 175%, etc.) can affect how text appears in certain games or apps. You might want to check your Display Settings on both computers and see if the scaling is different.
Also, if the game itself has a text size or UI scaling option in its settings or accessibility menu, it’s worth adjusting that too.
For the laggy computer, you could try lowering the in-game graphics settings or closing background apps to free up some resources. That way, you can hopefully get smoother performance and readable text.
If you let me know what game it is, I might be able to check if there’s a known fix or specific setting you can tweak. Hope this helps a bit!
Please try this:
1. Create an IMVU icon on your desktop.
2. Right click on the IMVU icon and select 'Properties', and then select 'Compatibility.
3. Press the 'Change high DPI settings' button. A new box will appear.
4. Under 'High DPI scaling override', check the 'Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling
performed by:' box
5. Then select the drop-down under it and pick 'System'.
6. Press apply, and it should now start up properly.
