Ive open a ticket on April 30th and didnt had a answer since.

What can i do to be answered?

I suppose it depends a lot on the reason for opening the ticket. I recently filed a ticket related to purchases and received a response within 11 hours.


We should review the issue you're having and continue trying different ways to report it and receive the help you need.

i already did, but 19 days to answer a ticket is a bit too much, dont u think?
