Waiting on an agent for a response

About a few days ago, I submitted a ticket where I asked the IMVU support team to reactivate an account that I deleted/deactivated months ago. The status of my ticket has been stuck at “new” and it hasn’t been updated yet. I know it takes them 1-5 days to respond to tickets and I’m trying to remain patient, but lately, they haven’t been responding to tickets as quickly as they usually do. My ticket number is #541477. Can anybody help me with this?
