Hello,

I recently sent a gift of 30,000 credits to a friend through my IMVU account. The transaction was successfully processed and the amount was charged to my credit card. However, my friend has not received the credits yet.

Please investigate this issue as soon as possible and let me know what went wrong. I would like to ensure that the credits are properly delivered or refunded if necessary.
