Hi @llFanll  A black loading page in IMVU, particularly when accessing the feed, can be frustrating. Several factors, including outdated software, a corrupted cache, or even a temporary glitch, might be at play. Here's a breakdown of potential solutions:

Troubleshooting Steps:

Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable and you're not experiencing any network issues.

Update IMVU: Make sure you have the latest version of IMVU installed on your device. Outdated software can cause compatibility problems.

Clear Cache and Data: Clearing your device's cache and data can often resolve temporary glitches.

Restart Your Device: A simple restart can sometimes resolve minor issues.

Update Software: Ensure your operating system and browser are up-to-date.

Check for Corrupted Files: If you're experiencing persistent issues, you might need to consider reinstalling the IMVU app. Before reinstalling, you might want to try backing up your IMVU profile, if available.

If the problem persists:

Contact IMVU Support: Reach out to IMVU's support team. They can provide tailored assistance and potentially identify any server-side issues that may be affecting your experience.

Additional Tips:

Wait it out:

Sometimes, loading issues are temporary, and waiting for a few minutes can allow the application to fully load.

Try a different device or browser:

If you're using a mobile device, try using the IMVU app on another device or in a different browser to see if the problem persists.

By systematically troubleshooting these common causes, you should be able to resolve the black loading page issue and get back to enjoying your IMVU experience.
