lI am being maliciously gang stalked and bullied by an ex boyfriend because I got married. He is sending his friends to report all my products that I have created and now you imvu have taken over 50,000 coins against me for this. I do not understand because I always do my ultimate best to follow your guidelines as a creator and a user. and of course you are not going to catch him being the one personally attacking me but I know its him. This man has put me in fear of my life. I dont know what to do anymore. so he's sending his friends to report my products as inappropriately rated and you are taking their side I spend a tremendous amount of money on imvu a month be it creating or purchasing coins or VIP. This personal attack is causing me health issues and has made me in fear for my life. I'm scared. I don't know what else to do because you all at imvu are taking his side and his gang stalkers side. Like I said I am in fear of my life and do not know what to do. His gang stalking latest attack is on a product I done in the creator center  when I first started and he has gotten all his friends to report it as inappropriate content now I am in a 50,000 - negative balance. This is upsetting to me that you all at imvu take a stalkers side than helping someone who has done nothing but follow imvu rules and agreements. This atest attack has caused my PTST? Panic disorder to go into overdrive and has caused me emotional and physical damage. CAN YOU  PLEAE HELP ME i AM IN FEAR OF MY LIFE HERE AND HE WONT STOP UNTIL MY ACCOUNT ID SHUT DOWN BECAUSE HE KOWS THAT MY ACCOUNT MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME. PLEASE HELP ME. I AM BEGGING YOU!!!!!!!I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO I AM A USER OF ONLY 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AND HE IS A USER OF OVER 10 YEARS. I NEED YOUR HELP I AM IN CONSTANT FEAR. HELP ME PLEASE

Go to the bottom of any of IMVU's web pages in classic, or google how to contact IMVU customer support. If you have VIP you can use Chat Now to talk directly to someone (best way to handle it, tbh) during business hours in the US, or you can hit creator support and file a ticket.  You'll need the PID numbers of the products that were affected.  You tell them that A) you are contesting their sanction/ruling and B) that you want them to explain to you exactly what rule you broke.  If you didn't actually break a rule, they'll reverse their decision.  If you inadvertantly broke a TOS rule, you'll know about it and be able to keep from doing it going forward.  One of the matters that infuriates me about IMVU is that they have a list of banned words that can't be used in products or in room descriptions - and it isn't public.  And the one time I got punished for this bs the word wasn't one where you would go, 'Oh, yeah, obviously.'  I can't explain any further about that without risking my account - you can't mention anything that involves a word that begins with L and governments without risking your account.

File a ticket to contest the claims; if CS denies you, find out specifically what TOS rule you broke.  I've fought every takedown over the years and usually they just cave immediately when you contest the claim.
