Waiting endlessly on support to reply to my “Account on Hold” ticket.

I have been waiting 7 days for a response from support about my account being put on hold. I have provided all the documents needed to verify account ownerships per supports request. Just stuck on the waiting list sucks since I can’t do anything with the shop…

I saw that someone said “you should hear back soon”, but never got a response back. I wish they would act upon their return time policy. It has been over DOUBLE of what they told me. 3-5 days…. More like over 15…. Losing all hope on having my account back for Guest_Supercrazy, ticket number 547940.

I Had Like 3 Accounts Deleted, Beccause They Refused
To Tell Me Why My Account Was On Hold For So Many Years...

A Staff Member Finally Told Me Why
My Accounts Got Deleted...

You See, Your Supposed To Ask The
Support Staff For A Form To Fill Out,
But They Never Tell You, Not Grant
You The Form, & Just Leave You In
Limbo Questioning Why Your On Hold...

The Way Their Team Gets You
That Account Back Comes Off More
As A Scam In-Which Sounds Like
Their Deliberately Trying To Rob You
Of Your Account On Purpose...

Sadly, I Don't Have The Form To Fill Out,
They Have The Form, & You Have To Ask
Them For The Form...

Supposedly, There Is A No Account Necessary
Needed To Get An Account Back Status Their
Dishing Out Today, I Haven't Gotten The Account
Out Of Hold From It Yet, But I'll See If It Works...

I Just Don't Trust This Staff Anymore...
Their Doing Very Shady Things Right Now...
