I've submitted a ticket 11 days ago and still waiting for an agent. I'm starting to feel they are exactly like the Tapjoy/DT offers support where they don't care anymore or automatic responds

Oh? Well that is pretty scummy of them.. guess if enough people complain to Google play//Apple that IMVU isn't Responding at all or only Bot respond, They might get suspended or deleted from their App store. Welp I GUESS i'll just leave it and write a complaint
